Apart from being in person versus joining an online community, the online and in-person events will be the same. You will hear from the same speakers and will have an opportunity to collaborate with others who are attending in the same format you are. If you can attend the event in person, we would love to see you there! For those who attend online, your ticket will provide you with a unique digital forum experience including exclusive bonus content.
-
See ticket options and pricing here.
-
Hear from visionary leaders who will speak on the topics of cultural changes, child advocacy and local church leadership. Discover research taking place around child discipleship and the future of the church, and leave with resources to help bring biblical child discipleship to your church. Encounter the entire experience alongside leaders just like you to learn, pray and collaborate together. Lunch is included.
-
If you want to gather your team together, check out the team online ticket option. With just one ticket, your entire team can experience two incredible days packed with child discipleship training and resources!
-

While we do not offer refunds for the event, you can transfer your ticket to a team member. Alternatively, you can convert an on-site ticket to online individual access. In order to make the change, you’ll need your first and last name, and registered email address, as well as the first and last name and email of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket to. Please note in the event of transferring from on-site to online we are not able to refund any difference in ticket price or value.

The Forum is built around general sessions, with intentional opportunities for table groups to collaborate and pray with each other. There are no breakout sessions or workshops.

We are partnering with LeaderPass to present the online experience this year. Prior to the event you will be sent a unique login code from LeaderPass to access the event. If you do not receive this email by the day before, please check your spam folder. If you are using a corporate email system please ensure your IT Department is not blocking email from leaderpass.com.
-
All speakers will be included in both the online and onsite experiences. In addition, when appropriate, we will broadcast exclusive live content just for the online audience, including table discussion times, online chat features, interactive polls, and more.
-
Your team would greatly benefit from a two-day training on child discipleship! This training can take place at your church, home or offsite location. If more than one leader from your church plans to purchase an online ticket, you will need to purchase the team online ticket. In order for us to track attendees we will ask how many people plan to attend, but we do not need specific information about each attendee.
-
By purchasing a Team registration, you will have access to the event live and for the 30 days following. Each day’s videos should be posted later in the evening in the same live online portal that you will get access to prior to the event. LeaderPass will be providing that link and login info to you the week before the event.
-
For online experience questions or if you did not receive your access email by September 21st, please contact LeaderPass HERE or via email at support@leaderpass.com. For general questions about the event itself, email us at forum@awana.org.

There will be a Forum store where a limited number of books and recommended resources will be available. There will not be an Exhibit Hall.

We are looking for a limited number of volunteers to help with the operation of the event. Please note, as a volunteer, you may miss some of the general sessions. If you are interested, email us at forum@awana.org.

The drive is about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The best ground transportation option is a rental car. Uber and Lyft are also very active in Nashville.
-
Meals, coffee, and snacks are included in in-person registration. We have partnered with Brown Bag Catering to provide lunch for all attendees onsite. Gluten-free options will be provided; though due to the nature of the event if you have extreme allergies, we recommend making personal accommodations. The afternoon sessions will wrap up prior to evening meals. We suggest making evening plans with groups of fellow attendees.
