Santosh is a pastor at Saddleback Church and the founder of Launching Ground, which equips parents, teachers and ministry leaders to disciple children and help them develop godly character and leadership skills. He and his wife, Christy, explore what new models of family discipleship look like and how to help schools and churches come alongside the spiritual formation of families. They have seven kids.
