What Do I Treasure?

One Sunday, our pastor asked a very pointed question: What do your calendar and bank account say about what you worship? In my stubbornness, I wanted to ignore this comment and move on with the rest of the sermon. But the thought wouldn’t leave me alone. So a few days later, I did a little investigating. Sure enough, my calendar and bank app told me more about my heart than I wanted to believe.

I’m sure in Jesus’ day, people treasured different things than we do now. But the problem is the same; where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Join us for the next three weeks as we lead our families in search of treasure with eternal value.
