Who Is Worthy Of All Our Praise?

One of my family’s favorite ways to spend our free time is hiking and kayaking in whatever park we can find. We’ve watched gorgeous sunsets, gazed at the perfect reflection of snow-topped mountains on crystal clear lakes and played in mountain snow in the middle of July. God’s creation is amazing, but only God and God alone is worthy of all our praise.

God is the Creator of everything we are tempted to praise in His place. He is perfect in holiness and excellent beyond compare. His greatness knows no bounds (Psalm 145:3), and we have the privilege of praising Him for ALL of His works (Psalm 145:10) for ALL of eternity (Psalm 145:21).

As we look forward to celebrating Thanksgiving in the coming weeks, let’s lead our families in praising the Lord our God, Who alone is worthy of ALL our praise.
