Participate
Consider how you can participate in the Great Commission as a family. Brainstorm ways to be intentional about your relationships. Older kids could volunteer with preschoolers at church. Younger kids could invite friends and family to a meal after a service. Together, you could adopt an elderly couple in your neighborhood. Whatever you decide to do, commit to praying for the people God puts on your heart. Watch for opportunities to share His love with them.
Color
Print off this week’s coloring page that includes the question, answer and verse!

Pray
Heavenly Father, thank You for always being with me. Help me to tell others about You and encourage them to follow Your ways. I want to have a heart that is willing to be discipled and use my life to make disciples for You. I love You. Amen.
Share
Talk to your kids about how God has led you to make disciples for Jesus.
Who have you influenced for Christ?
What does that look like on a daily, weekly or monthly basis?
If you don’t have a ready-to-share example, that’s ok! Talk about how you are going to obey the Lord in this way moving forward.
Sing
Listen to this playlist throughout the series to praise God for spreading His Word.

Read
Featured
Read a missionary story together as a family. Point out how these men and women gave up their lives to make disciples around the world. Help your kids understand they have the opportunity to do the same thing in their school, church and neighborhood.
Find
This week’s verse is in the book of Matthew. Help your child find the book of Matthew. Is this book in the Old or New Testament? How many chapters are there?
Talk
Have a conversation with your kids about water baptism. Explain what it means, and invite them to consider following Jesus by being baptized. Make an appointment to talk with your ministry leader or pastor. If everyone is in agreement, encourage your child to take this step.
