Gather some pretzel sticks and help your child spell out the word wisdom. While you munch on your masterpiece, ask them to share one thing they learned about wisdom from today’s lesson.
Find
This week’s verse is found in the book of Proverbs. Help your child find the book of Proverbs. Is this book in the Old or New Testament? How many chapters are there?
Search
We should search for God’s wisdom throughout our life, like someone searches for treasure!
Hide an object (a piece of candy, a note to your child, a fun, cheap toy) in your house and draw a map to it. Help your child follow the map to find the treasure. Remind them we need to search for God’s wisdom just like we would search for treasure.
