How Can I Use My Words Wisely?

I don’t know about you, but I need God’s wisdom whenever I speak. When I open my mouth, I want others to hear from a heart that loves and glorifies God and seeks to serve Him with my entire being. But honestly, my words often communicate a much different message. Sometimes it’s hurry and impatience. Other times it’s pride and anger. And sometimes, my words are used to glorify myself instead of the God I serve. And all the while, our kids are listening.

This week, let’s ask God to change our hearts and change our words so we can glorify God and bless our families.
